Contact Lipo Freeze

How to get in touch, what to have ready before you do, and what happens once you have spoken to the team.

Speaking to the Team

Enquiries are handled by telephone. The number is 03300 105 225, and calls are answered by the team who can discuss treatments, suitability and current pricing directly.

A telephone conversation is a more useful starting point than it might appear. Most enquiries involve questions that are specific to the person asking — whether a particular concern is treatable, whether a medical condition rules something out, how many areas a region is likely to involve, how long a course would take. Those questions are answered better in conversation than through a general description on a page.

There is no obligation attached to making an enquiry. Asking questions is not the same as booking, and a considerable proportion of calls end with someone deciding to think about it, or being told that the treatment they were asking about is not the right one for their situation.

What to Have Ready Before You Call

You do not need to prepare anything to make an enquiry. That said, having a few things clear in your mind makes the conversation considerably more productive and means you come away with more specific answers.

The Concern Itself

Be as specific as you can about what you would like to change. "My stomach" is a reasonable starting point, but "the area below my navel that has not changed despite two years of consistent exercise" gives the person you are speaking to far more to work with. If what actually prompted the enquiry is that a particular garment no longer sits the way you would like, say so — it is genuinely useful information.

Relevant Medical History

Several conditions determine whether specific treatments can safely proceed. Cold-related conditions such as Raynaud's phenomenon, cold urticaria and cryoglobulinaemia rule out fat freezing. Metal implants, an intrauterine device, cardiac conditions, epilepsy, bleeding disorders and pregnancy or breastfeeding are all relevant to body toning and other treatments. Mentioning anything of this kind early avoids a conversation that cannot go anywhere.

Any Previous Treatment

If you have had aesthetic treatment before — here or elsewhere — it is worth mentioning what it was, when, and how you responded to it. Previous response is a useful indicator, and it also prevents duplicating something that has already been tried without success.

Your Timescale

If you are working towards a particular date, say so at the outset. These treatments take time to produce their effect: fat freezing shows its most noticeable results between eight and twelve weeks, and can continue improving for four to six months. A body toning course needs around three months for the full dual effect. Knowing your timescale allows an honest answer about whether it is realistic.

Your Budget

Being open about what you can spend comfortably is helpful rather than awkward. It allows a plan to be discussed around your circumstances — including staging treatment across separate appointments if that suits you better — rather than a single option being presented to accept or decline. Current fat freezing prices are published in full on the prices page.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

An initial conversation covers the ground that can be covered without an examination: which treatment is likely to be relevant to your concern, whether anything in your history rules it out, roughly what a plan might involve, and what the realistic timeline looks like.

What cannot be established over the telephone is the physical assessment. The number of applicator placements a region requires, the character of the tissue, the condition of the overlying skin — these need to be examined rather than described. This is why a consultation follows, and why a precise figure is confirmed at that point rather than quoted in advance.

The consultation itself can take place in clinic or at your home. Home appointments are available at no additional cost, using the same certified equipment and the same protocols. For anyone managing childcare, working shift patterns, living with limited mobility or living at a distance from a clinic, that removes a practical barrier that has nothing to do with the treatment itself.

Following the consultation, you will know what is recommended, what it would cost, how many sessions are likely to be involved and what the expected outcome is. You are not expected to decide during the appointment, and there is no obligation attached to attending one.

How Long the Process Usually Takes

From first enquiry to treatment, the timescale depends mostly on the consultation. An initial telephone conversation establishes what is likely to be relevant and whether anything rules a treatment out, and a consultation is arranged from there — in clinic or at your home, whichever suits you.

The consultation itself is unhurried. It covers your history, a physical assessment of the area concerned, the recommendation and the cost, and it is not designed to be concluded with a booking. Where you decide to proceed, treatment can often follow separately once you have had time to consider what was discussed.

Where a course of sessions is recommended — as it commonly is for body toning and incontinence treatment — the full schedule is set out at that point, so you know the total time commitment before starting rather than discovering it partway through.

Enquiries About Personal Concerns

A substantial number of enquiries concern incontinence, erectile dysfunction, or intimate laxity, dryness and discomfort. These are among the most common concerns there are, and they are also the ones people find hardest to raise.

Incontinence in particular is extremely common after childbirth, around the menopause, and in men with an enlarged prostate. It is a physical consequence of anatomy and circumstance rather than a personal failing, and it is discussed here as a clinical matter, in complete privacy, without commentary.

If it makes the conversation easier, it is entirely acceptable to say only that you are calling about incontinence treatment or intimate rejuvenation and to let the person you are speaking to ask the questions from there. Every one of these treatments is available at home, and nothing about a home appointment identifies its purpose.

Where Appointments Are Available

Appointments are available across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland and Wales, and every treatment can be delivered at home at no additional cost. When you get in touch, availability in your area can be confirmed directly.

Geographical coverage matters most for treatments delivered as a course. Body toning and incontinence treatment are generally recommended as courses of several sessions, and a course is far more likely to be completed — and therefore far more likely to produce its full result — when attending each appointment is straightforward rather than a half-day undertaking.

You May Find Your Answer Already

Many of the questions that come up in a first conversation are answered in detail elsewhere on this site, and reading them beforehand often makes the conversation more focused.

The services page explains how each treatment works, what a session involves, who each treatment suits, who it does not suit and what the side effects and rare risks are. The results page sets out realistic timelines for each treatment, how to assess your own progress properly, what influences an individual outcome and what these treatments cannot achieve. The prices page publishes current fat freezing prices in full, explains what counts as an area and describes how multi-area and two-person pricing works. The choose us page covers experience, equipment standards, how consultations are conducted and the circumstances in which treatment is not recommended.

None of that replaces a conversation about your own situation. But arriving at that conversation already knowing how a treatment works and what it can realistically achieve means the time is spent on the questions that are specific to you.

An Important Note

The information across this site is provided for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and individual results vary. A consultation with a qualified practitioner is recommended before undertaking any aesthetic procedure.

If you have a medical concern rather than an aesthetic one — a skin lesion whose nature is uncertain, symptoms that are new or worsening, or anything you have not had assessed — that should be reviewed by an appropriate medical practitioner first. Cosmetic treatment is not the right starting point for a diagnostic question, and any lesion that is not clearly benign should be assessed before it is treated for cosmetic reasons.
